Activator Poles were designed by therapists and are particularly suitable for people with balance concerns or mobility issues. Galway Sports Partnership run Activator Pole walking programs across Galway city and county for older adults. The poles can be used for indoor seated sessions or for outdoor sessions depending on the abilities of the participants.
